SUBDIVISIONS/MASTER PLANS and AMALGAMATIONS

Ensure you have the following documents in .pdf before you begin submitting application.
Checklist: 

  1. Copy of title/lease certificate
  2. survey plan/RIM
  3. current rates clearance receipt
  4. planning brief/report
  5. amalgamation/subdivision/master plan - to scale, showing all measurements, acreages, in appropriate colours, the subdivision/master plan MUST be overlaid on a toposurvey showing contours at visible intervals
